Tesla 获批继续德国 Gigafactory 兴建计划

Tesla 在德国兴建 Gigafactory 工厂的计划并不算顺利，早前因为环保团体入稟法院投诉 Tesla 未有在获得所需工程许可之前就已经开始清除树林，在案件处理期间就需要停工等待判决。最近 Tesla 终于重新获批继续工程，将会继续清除树林。

Tesla 的德国 Gigafactory 选址在柏林附近的 Grunheide，佔地 92 公顷。由于当地本来是树林，因此 Tesla 需要先进行树林平整作业才可以正式兴建。在完成清除工序的 3 天前，就因为投诉案件被法院勒令停工，至今才终于恢复。德国法院方面驳回了环保团体的投诉，更表示这是最终判决，不会再进行审讯。

环保团体指，除了砍伐树林之外，设立汽车工厂也会造成当地的化学污染以及过度损耗水资源，同时会对当地蝙蝠和蚂蚁族群带来负面影响。Tesla 表示透过在当地设厂提升产量，其电动车产品最终可以带来更大的环保效果，而 Elon Musk 更表示，他们每砍下一棵树，都会另外种植 3 棵树。
